Please look carefully at the time estimates below to help you decide the length of clean and number of cleaners. These estimates are based on homes which have had recent regular cleaning and are in good condition.
If your apartment has not been recently regularly cleaned, please book longer to account for this.
If you book less hours than we suggest, or your apartment has not had recent regular cleaning, our cleaner will work on priority areas and do as much as they can in the time.
General Clean
- 30 sqm to 50 sqm: 2–3 hours
- 50 sqm to 85 sqm: 3–4 hours
- 85 sqm to 120 sqm: 4–5 hours
- 120 sqm plus: 6+ service hours total (minimum of 2 agents working together)
Deep clean
- 30 sqm to 50 sqm: 5–6 hours total (≥ 2 agents)
- 50 sqm to 85 sqm: 8–14 service hours total (2–3 agents working together)
- 85 sqm to 120 sqm: 14–18 service hours total (3–4 agents working together)
- 120 sqm plus: 18+ service hours total (minimum 4 agents working together)
Move in/out clean
- 30 sqm to 50 sqm: 5–6 service hours total (≥ 2 agents)
- 50 sqm to 85 sqm: 6–12 service hours total (2–3 agents working together)
- 85 sqm to 120 sqm: 12–15 service hours total (2–3 agents working together)
- 120 sqm plus: 15+ service hours total (minimum 3 agents working together)
Please note: we do not provide any cleaning products or equipment. You need to have a hoover, mop, cloths, gloves and cleaning products.
STEP 4: SELECT EXTRAS
Take place in addition to cleaning hours booked, increasing overall cleaning time.
